Where exactly is my package and When should I expect my package to come?
Tracking details aren’t very clear.
Tracking number RX719989197CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RN719989197CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money and claim refund against fraud.
