Hi, can you please update me on when this delivery will arrive? Order was placed in September and the last tracking information I have is from the 25/27 October saying Cleared customs, sent to airline to Sydney. Order is now urgent and overdue from the initial 2-5 week eta from date of order as outlined on website when I purchased items. Please reply, thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=Lz951408031cn shows the parcel left china post warehouse in Wuhan on Oct 26. Next scan station will be Australia Post warehouse in Sydney.

You can not see new status until the parcel passes Australia customs. This might take 10 to 20 days. Once Australia Post get the parcel from customs, you will see new status in Australia Post website.
