With regards to my parcel with tracking number RU877666463CN. I need to know when it will arrive at the address stated on the order and package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RU877666463CN shows the number RU877666463CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
