There was over a month delay in sending the item, now the item was sent at the beginning of the month and I'm having trouble understanding the status.

The tracking number is LZ467625401CN

The information I find is this.

Does this mean that it was returned to sender? The Phone number is incorrect. How can I find out more information please?

yes. the parcel was returned to sender. you can not get it anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for refund.
