According to the shipper the package was shipped in June and I still have not received it. Tracking # is LZ511371329CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel numbers has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything. You are scammed.

Open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon and claim refund against fraud asap.
