hello,
i bought a product about 2 weeks ago and i can't seem to be able to track it.

Tracking ID: LZ730898294CN

Does it has ever been shipped?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ730898294CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
