i placed an order noveltygift.store
and they provided me a tracking no RU240245660NL
but when i try to track my order it shows that
Parcel#RU240245660NL is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with this number!
Read this article to understand the reason and solutions.
help me to get my order

RU240245660NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.
