LY318020560CN is still waiting for flight space from Guangzhou to Chicago. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. Your parcel is delayed than average but still in normal time frame. I suggest you wait one or two more weeks. If you can not get it by Jul 20, open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

if you paid with PayPal/aliexpress/amazon, contact customer service to open dispute.
