Hi could you please assist.
I bought an item more the 2 months back and it still has not reached south africa.
May you please tel me its where abouts?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO455026502CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on may 27. After sent to airline, parcel might take 2 to 3 months to reach South Africa. You can not know exact location after sent to airline.

If you buyer protection is expiring, open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
