I have gotten this email about my shipping and when I type in the numbers they don’t work. How can I track my package? I have no time for games as I am trusting this company. This is my first wig and already a bad taste in my mouth.

LY38941366CN is wrong number. china post ePacket should have 13 digits.

Hey, I bought my first wig too. Are you sure you didn’t mistype one of the numbers because I think we might have bought from a similar site (saw it on Facebook). Was it umorey.com? I posted a forum question of my own because when I enter my 13 digit code it just says “no shipping record found”

You need ask seller for correct tracking number. If seller can not give correct number, open dispute against fraud.

Ok quick update when I recently tracked the package I had found out that the tracking numbers is to the USPS. A label was created for tracking but they are waiting for the company to do their part. So I am getting somewhere

Try using them tracking numbers through your postal service. Let me know what you find
