Could anybody explain what the 2 initial letters, in a China Post Registered Air Mail tracking number mean ? I mean the RY, RU, RM, RB, RG, RT, RS, RF, RP, RX etc in a RxxxxxxxxxxxCN tracking number. As probably the first R means Registered, please someone explain the second letter especially. Thanks.

R means register mail. the 2nd letter is just a serial number, no other meaning.
