I made a purchase on AliExpress and got a notification that the seller shipped my item on September 28. The tracking number is UN237411628CN, but until now (Oct 14), the status still says "Waiting for pickup". What does this mean?? Has the seller actually shipped my package? I asked them but they don't answer.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UN237411628CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller".

This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
