Hello I bought an item on the 8th June and my package has been travelling to London Heathrow since the 20th June. The tracking number is LZ447522907CN . The seller has not been in contact despite repeated emails. Any help would be great. Thanks.

LZ447522907CN is still waiting for flight space from Beijing to London. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. your parcel is still in normal time frame, no need worry.

Hello,

i have a question about the tracking system. First, i am a german guy an my english is really bad. I am really sorry about that.

My tracking number is: UG800623413CN and there is the information that my package is waiting for a airline.

2018-06-22 20:45:21.0 Guangdong Guangzhou shipping center received
2018-06-22 20:56:00.0 Guangdong Guangzhou shipping center customs scan
2018-06-22 20:59:00.0 leaving Guangdong Guangzhou shipping center ，next station center
2018-06-24 20:56:00.0 planning sent to airline ，planning flight# CZ331，planning departure time 21:30

This is long time ago 😀

I hope my english is readable and be thank you for your answer.

Hey Rainer,
It will probably be around another 10-15 days, the parcel is untrackable after it leaves china. It also can be stopped by customs as it enters germany, so possible a few extra days.

Ah ok, i didnt know that the tracking after China end. ok, then i will wait :) Write again, if you want for information, how long it was.
