LY461962140CN is my tracking number, the information provided when trying to track package is confusing, can u confirm that my package is on track to be delivered to the U.S ?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_usps.php?code=LY461962140CN shows the parcel arrived CAROL STREAM IL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on Jul 27, The item is currently in transit to the next facility as of July 28, 2018.
