Why is there no movement for nearly 2 weeks? Is item still with customs or has it been cleared for delivery? When will it be delivered?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CF121351708AU shows the parcel arrived Shenzhen on Jul 25. It should have delivery problem. Normally parcel should be delivered in one week.

You need ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel.
