Hi I ordered from hibatymall a month ago and still haven't gotten a update or any info on my package. I contacted there customer service and they say its on the way but the tracking number shows no record. Please help me get some info on this matter. Tracking number is LY596831346CN I want to know if I was scammed or if its really on the way.

No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are SCAMMED.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute againt fraud asap.

I paid with a bank card. I'm gonna have to contact my bank about this and report it as fraud. Ugh this really sucks !

So I went back to my order and I paid by Paypal I have opened a case against them.

I also contacted the company lets see if they get back to me because I have emailed them almost every day they responded 3 times. I think they might have blocked me somehow.
