Hi, I ordered two items on the 8th of January, from different sellers. The two items are both stuck at the ,,sent to airline" status, one of them since the 21st, and the other one since the 23rd of January. Should I be worried about them?
One of the sellers said 3 weeks ago that it has arrived to my country, and says constantly to wait, but I think he/she just doesn't want to give me a refund. I can't get in touch with the other seller.

The tracking numbers are UG063325175CN and UG063663125CN :)

UG063325175CN and UG063663125CN are china post register mail. "sent to airline" is the last status you can see. After sent to airline, china post does not control the parcel anymore, status will not be updated and none can know if it has arrived Hungary or not(your seller says it arrived Hungary 3 weeks ago is misleading).

Normally parcel will arrive Hungary in about 2 to 8 weeks after sent to airline. You need wait some more time.

Hello. I am also trying to track my package (RG761755993CN) it says it was sent to airline on the 12th of February but I have still not received the item.

I have previously ordered from this seller and the first package was delivered to my address 6 days after it left via China airline, so naturally I presume the chances of getting the new package are now slim? Do you know if it has actually left China? Many thanks

your parcel is still in airline warehouse in china waiting for shipping space. waiting time can take 2 to 8 weeks, it is still in normal time frame.
