My package has been stuck at customs since July 26, I've been constantly trying to get this package out and to my receiver. Does anyone know of a number I can call from Australia to China post? my tracking number is EP981537689NZ.

Its a package dealing with my custom pins in regards to my business, so I do not see why it's basically being held hostage. Even my receiver has been in contact with them, and they won't release it.

EP981537689NZ never released by china customs. It should have some customs clearance problem. You need contact NZ post to file investigation or ask china customs return the parcel to NZ.

When I contacted them last time, they had told me it was sent to customs. Do you have a international number I can call?

NO.you can not contact china post from oversea. You need ask NewZealand Post to help you make investigation.

Why New Zealand post? I sent it with a different courier, but they said I need to contact the country that its in? Or their customs?

EP981537689NZ is New Zealand Post parcel. You need contact New Zealand Post to file investigation, then NZ post will contact China Post through official channel. You can not contact China Post directly. China Post will not response your request.
