Hi

I’m trying to track my shipment but when I visit your website the result is shipment no record
so please can you check where is my shipment right now I want to know the status of my shipment

the shipment has not yet been updated in china post's systems.
you need to wait a few hours to a few days for them to update it
now , if you see that they are being very slow in updating the tracking , it is because the seller shipped it using slow shipping , so you won't see many "events" in the tracking.
be patient . you will receive your parcel in 7 to 75 business days(depends on shipping method).if you don't see anything in the tracking for many days , you can file a complaint(file a dispute) or demand a refund.
