Post Shipment incomplete

Just received shipment with tracking number LZ631916822CN but is not complete, a pillow is missing.
Sleepgadgets states that China Post had a problem with my shipment and to contact them.
How can I do this? And why did I receive half of my order with no problem?

it is more like shipper's excuse for not shipping the pillow.

Shipper has the responsibility to let buyer get the goods 100% same as the order. If the parcel is lost or stolen during shipment , shipper can claim insurance compensation from shipping company not receiver.

If you paid with paypal, open dispute against fraud asap.
