My package's tracking, RM969399485CN, is showing this:

2018-07-02 07:46:38.0 sent to airline
2018-07-02 12:00:00.0 Beijing express safety check rejected

It's just a keyboard. A normal, wired one, without batteries or anything like that.

Why did this happen? And what happens next?

the reject should be a mistake. I suggest you wait one more week and see what happens. If it is still same thing, you need ask shipper to ship another one.
