i need a signature that this was delivered please as it says it has been in GUANGZHOU SECURITY since march and the person it is being sent to has received nothing yet. 6 months later

the parcel seems has delivery problem. Why do you wait so long time and take no action? You should ask Royal Mail to contact China Post for signature.
