Hello, I made a delivery the day 31/10,RR502558189ES sent to China Shanghai and the last thing it is that the day was a failed delivery 13/11, where is my shipping? Because there is more information on?

RR502558189ES arrived Shanghai and failed delivery on Nov 13. I hope it has not been returned to Spain. You should ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel before it is returned back.

How often update the page Post China? I have said in e Spain, probably the order has been delivered but not updated the page.
Help please.

your parcel status can not be delivered. there will be no more new status on this parcel. If your seller don't contact china post, it will be returned to Spain or destroyed by government.
