This is getting out of hand. 18 days since my package “shipped” but still have not received it. The only response that you guys give to anyone posting on this forum is to wait 7-20 days. Why are other cities in China delivering much faster than Gungzhou in particular. I just really wish that you guys could help more. I need a better answer than wait 7-20 days, everything looks normal. Clearly it isn’t normal. LY428195634CN Please give me a real update not to wait 7-20 days

I'm in your same boat :( My package entered their tracking system just two days after your's did. Same shipping method/speed bound to the U.S. no dice yet here either.

LY428195634CN is still waiting for flight space from CHina to Chicago. You might need wait one or two more weeks. Once it arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php tracking result will show USA location.
