Hi, can you help me? I got a message "Your item was not delivred successfully( DE745331330) at 2018-06-26 10:38:00. Reasons for unsuccessful delivery：22" Do they attempt to deliver a second time? they left the package at a post office? where?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ470786063CN shows the parcel now is in Germany Post system. But Germany Post failed delivery. Not sure the failure detail. You need contact your local post office for detail. Maybe you need go to post office to pickup the parcel.

It looks like that they didnt send it to the any post office (Deutsche Post has no idea where the package is) and is already being sent back to the sender. It is that possible?
