I know, but it blocked at the stap "departure from outward office of exchange" since 10 november for the first parcel, and since 20 november for the second.

seller shipped the parcel to Poland. So either he shipped to wrong address or gave you wrong tracking number. you should contact seller. if he can not give you explanation, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.
