I have ordered something from Ioffer and I was given this tracking number. When I went on China post tracking system, I got this Croatia, 10040 Zagreb-Dubrava, Deliver item (Inb), SIGNED BY : KELECIC MIRIAM. My name IS NOT MIRIAM and I DIDN'T SIGN for any parcel today. Does this mean that the selker from Ioffer gave me a wrong number. This seller was cancelled for violating iOffer policies.

You might be scammed by seller(he gave you other people's tracking number). If you paid with paypal, open dispute against fraud.
