Hi there,
can anybody help me with this number?
UG842784938CN

I am a little bit worried because the first number I became was a wrong one. Hopefully this is no fake number. Now the status says for about 2 weeks "plan to transport airlines".

The parcel is about 5kg. Is it possible to send a package with this type of number an weight?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UG842784938CN shows the parcel was just shipped on Jul 7.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Is it possible to send a 5kg parcel via china post ordinary parcel? Or is this type of parcel only for small and light items?
I am worried that the number is a fake one.

You can not know what is inside the parcel. But china post ordinary parcel can not over 2kgs. You should be cautious of fraud.

So a parcel starting with "UG" can not exceed 2kg? Is this correct?
