Post Parcel stuck on same state.

two of my parcels are stuck on the same state from last 15 days.
1st:
Tracking number: UC911456952CN
2nd:
Tracking number: UC911456952CN

Status: Has left the "Guangdong Shenzhen Receiving and Forwarding center", the next station processing center.

moreover my 2 orders have same tracking number. their dealer is same on Aliexpress but order time is different.
kindly guide me as it normally takes 10 days to reach from china to pakistan and these are stuck there from last 15 days.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
