RG845541100CN is the tracking number of my parcel bought in April. I have not received it. What could be the problem

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG845541100CN shows the parcel was shipped on May 30.

Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If you buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend protection, if seller does not response, open dispute for refund.
