Post Parcel not delivered

The first notification I recieved was
Your order is out for delivery. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.
When I tried tracking my parcel there was a notification said,
According to China Post, your order couldn't be delivered as planned. Please contact China Post to arrange another delivery attempt.

I have however not had any delivery attempts made at my stated address. There doesn't seem to be any direct way to contact china post in English.

I called +861011183 and I was asked to provide my tracking number , which I did. I was told that it had come to my destination country but that was all they had.I was referred to another number 11185 which is +861011185 from my country (Ghana). I keep getting a wrong number response.

You need post tracking number to get help. The parcel is shipped to China or Ghana? If destination is Ghana, you need call your local Ghana Post and give them China Post tracking number as reference number to pickup your parcel.
