Hi there,

I'm trying to track down delivery LZ290773545CN. I see the latest update is as follows:

Your shipment couldn't be delivered
According to China Post, your order couldn't be delivered as planned. Please contact China Post to arrange another delivery attempt.

Could you please tell me who I contact here in NZ to get the parcel delivered?

New Zealand Post website shows it was Picked up/Collected on May 16. I suggest you contact your local NZ post office and inquiry accurate delivery info. China Post does not make delivery, so the information in China Post tracking system might have some error.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ290773545CN shows the parcel was returned by New Zealand Post to China and received by shipper . you can not get this parcel anymore.
