Hi,
My parcel was confirmed to me by a vendor on June 30th and was dispatched on July 25th, 2018 with tracking number: RO280569845CN
I have still not received it and its status is not being updated on the portal since more than a week.
Can you please confirm if the parcel has left China or not and that by when will it reach to me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO280569845CN shows the number was sent to airline on Aug 13.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean it is on the flight to your country. It will keep waiting another 2 to 6 weeks in airline warehouse waiting for processing and flight space.

So you need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.

Why is it committed that the parcel will be delivered in 20-30 days then?
It was sent via China Post on July 25th and its more than a month now
Plus how to track it when it reaches my country? (Pakistan)
