Post PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED

I have waited for over a month now for my parcel to arrive and nothing has happened. I check the site to track my delivery and it has the same information since September 19. I need to know when exactly my parcel will be arriving and where is it at this moment!

My tracking number is: RP035837491CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel RP035837491CN was shipped on sep 13 and sent to airline on Sep 19.

Normally after sent to airline date, it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

Everything looks normal, you just need wait some more days.
