My package has stated this
united States

CHINA, SHANGHAI EMS, Processed Through Facility -> Your item has been processed through a facility in SHANGHAI EMS, CHINA at 6:51 pm on October 19, 2018.
It hasn’t updated since usually it only takes 10 days cause I pay for faster shipping. But is it on the way to the u.s.? Or stuck in china

from your tracking result, the parcel left China Post warehouse for USA on Oct 19. It can be in airline warehouse in China or in US customs.

You can not know new status until US customs releases the parcel to USPS. Once USPS gets the parcel from customs, you will see new status, this no-information period can take 7 to 20 days.
