Hello,

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to find out where my parcel is and who to contact. It says that it was delivered but I didn't receive anything.

Please, can you send me the direct contact of the person who I can talk to about it? It is an urgent parcel and it was ordered over a month ago. I tried to contact the shop where I bought the products from, but they don't even answer.

Please help me!

you must be scammed. the seller shipped some junk to another address. he needs a delivery result to claim payment from your bank.
