we send a package to nepal from china about one and a half months ago/
CP280318453CN
it is in export custom scan for more than a month.
what should we do?

Ok, i saw that, but it doesnt say how to do it anywhere.
And i dont want my money back, i want my package!
So what can i do in order to get my package? And how do i do it?

the parcel should stuck in some transit warehouse between Lhasa and Nepal(big possibility in the customs check point of the border). You can do nothing but wait. If you do not open dispute, you might lose your money in case of lost or stolen. Anyway,this is our friendly suggestion, it is all up to you.

My item is still in lhasa...can anybody please check about it?
I only payed in cash when i sent the package, i sent it from yangshou...
I am really worried i wont get it, and it has just 2 sleeping bags inside..
What can i do?
