Is Hangzhou still delayed? It's been over a month, when will my package finally be shipped out?

I'm in the same boat as you, my friend. Same location. I've heard some people got their packages moving from that location but they were sent after yours..at this point I think our packages are completely lost to be honest. I've opened up a PayPal claim and had the seller ban me from their store because of it all because of this issue with China Post :( Good luck.

I bought a pair of shoes from an online goth store. I've bought things online before, but this is the longest I've waited for a package.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY387845179CN was shipped on Jul 2. It should be lost as such Epacket parcel should arrive USA within 30 days . You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress asap.

if you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, please contact customer service to open dispute.
