Hello, I was wondering if Hangzhou is still waiting to ship packages to Chicago, and if you could estimate when my package could arrive. I know the weather hasn't been good enough to ship out, but is it able to now?

LY387845179CN is seriously delayed in Hangzhou. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Aug 10, open dispute for lost parcel.
