Hi, i have been waiting for the package for 20 days. Please check and explain why it is failed to deliver.

Hong Kong Post website shows the parcel just arrived HK, Pending collection at Tung Chung Post Office by recipient.

You need go to Hong Kong post office in Tung Chung to pickup your parcel.

@Ego022310 you can go to the Hong Kong post office in Tung Chung and show them the tracking number , give them your name and show them your ID(the name on the id should match the name in the parcel, the name you used when you ordered the item , THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.it says "HK, Pending collection at Tung Chung Post Office by recipient" so it means YOU have to go there.
