Hello,
I ordered an item from aliexpress the seller has been active for 2 years and had 40 orders on the item and relativity good feedback - so I trusted them over other sellers.

My package was shipped epacket method on the Jan 1st 2016 - but ems.com.cn website only has one scan that says "Posting"

Your item was collected(GuangDongShengShenZhenShi BTYY) at 2016-01-04 23:08:00

thats all. no updates - today is the 15th and I am getting concerned now since epacket is supposed to be 10-15 days to USA..

anyideas
Tracking number starts with LS and ends with CN - I suspect this is supposed to be a fast service

the chinese site shows this (but I can't understands it)

wait one more week, if you can not see it arrives USA, you should open dispute to ebay.

Hi this package shows up on my tracking but its in Germany any way to tell if its mine? Number：LZ124628623CN .Also been waiting for these 3 since Jan and March any idea where they are and why one was returned to sender??

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LM065499007CN is fake number. LZ114565155CN and RT385021687HK were returned to sender.

If you paid with paypal, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
