I ordered some hair wax off ebay. The tracking is RO144903320CN

it's listed as posted but it hasnt moved in 2 weeks. It was estimated to arrive in Korea no later than July 2nd but the customs here as been slow, so if it hasn't even left China I know I won't be getting it. Just want to know if its stuck, lost or what.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel just arrived destination country. You should get it very soon.

Thank you is there any update on RU856404325CN as well? This one has been the one stuck (posted the wrong in OP sorry)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU856404325CN shows the parcel status as Hangzhou center import customs cleared. Normally this means the parcel was returned/rejected by china customs. Not sure the return reason.

I suggest you open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival parcel.
