I Placed an order on 23/06/2018 and still no parcel... this is concerning!!! order #2998 tracking number RL803347184CN

Some help would be really nice in locating this parcel and when I can expect delivery considering this has been paid for...

I am seriously loathed to ever buy from Designer Footwears again much as I like their
products

Not sure if I will get any response to this but hey miracles do happen

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RL803347184CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 8.

Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

You need wait one or two more months.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend protection, otherwise open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival parcel refund.
