Tracking number LZ747934849CN Why am I being told my shipment is in passage and when I try to track with this number it says ( no shipping record). Order supposed to be fulfilled August 25/18. Has it left China yet? Please help.

No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
