Ordered some clothing on july 9th and have not received any updates on the shipment since.

LY423517995CN is the tracking number

If this cannot get solved soon i will be asking for a full refund

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY423517995CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
