I received a shipping order on 18sept number LZ830357827CN but still haven't received anything and it says " no shipping record" when I search.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ830357827CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
