No shipping record for RX724749923CN. Seller told me, the parcel ship out from him since 21/6/18.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. Your seller never shipped anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
