Hello, I have the above mentioned problem. And sometimes it shows the entered tracking number is invalid. Can you please check RU140904673NL whether this is a valid tracking number and when will it arrives

RU140904673NL is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.
