Hi,

The system shows that the package (RY183742479CN) has been "sent to airline" on June 24th with no further updates. We need it as soon as possible and it has to be here for an event next week. Can you please advise when I should expect the package?

China Post will lost control of this kind of register airmail parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Normally register airmail parcel will catch airline in 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline date. Then it will wait for import processing in Richmond BC.

How long it will complete import processing depends on your luck. As per CBC and GlobeMail report, Canada Post often let china post register mail parcel staying in their warehouse for 30 to 60 days without processing . So you might wait 3 months to get your parcel.

Next time please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada, ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.
