Post My percel doesn’t arrive.

Hello, my percel from Japan doesn’t arrive at my apartment in Beijing.
The tracking number is CI160098818JP and the current status is “Beijing center export customs cleared”.
What can I do for it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CI160098818JP shows it failed delivery and was returned to Japan by China Post. It is waiting for flight space from beijing to Japan now. shipper should get it in 2 to 3 weeks.

Is it possible to pick it up before returning to Japan or what I can do is just to wait and send it again?

you can call china post hotline 11185 and see if they can help you to stop return and allow you pickup the parcel.
